I don’t know about you, but I’ve always loved restaurants with outdoor patios. Good food, delicious cocktails, and bright sunshine are triple-threat, in my book.
So, I consulted with a few people to hit the highlights of outdoor dining Atlanta style. Then, I’m following it up with a list of other area restaurants with patios or rooftop tables.

Ammazza
You’ll find that Ammazza attracts a crowd. That’s because it’s got a large outdoor seating area that’s warm and cheerful. A sunny patio is the best way to do outdoor dining Atlanta style.
The patio isn’t the only attraction, though. Ammazza is known for its variety of pizzas. Whether you prefer red or white sauce, you’re in at Ammazza.

What more do you need to make a dreamy evening apart from warm weather, relaxing drinks, and outdoor space with starry lights?
I’ve mentioned sitting outside and soaking up the sun, but outdoor dining in Atlanta is appealing in the evening as well. That’s why Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall is one of the most popular outdoor restaurants in Atlanta. Crowds gather for both the outdoor bar and restaurant experience.
Outdoor Brunch
Weekend brunches are particularly enjoyable. Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall offers brunch service on the bright and sunny patio. You’ll get the same delectable wine, craft cocktails, and local beer options, just not under the starry fairy lights that twinkle in the evening.
Craft cocktails are enticing but even better with must-try apps like pimento cheese fritters, BBQ fries, and smoked salmon dip. The menu also offers you quintessential ‘Campfire’ and ‘Backyard’ styled dishes revolving around smoked chicken and pork with BBQ sauce.
However, it’s the dreamy patio seating with the camper’s theme that amps up the food and drinks here.

Canoe

Canoe is an intimate and dreamy outdoor seating restaurant situated along the banks of river Chattahoochee. It’s one of the most beautiful Atlanta outdoor restaurants in the area. It’s tucked away in a quaint corner while taking you far away from the din of the city with a wooden patio that opens up to the lush green and gurgling stream of water
You’ll find that Canoe is the perfect combination of culinary delights and aesthetic setting. Treat your palate to the mind-blowing dishes on the menu, carefully cooked and plated by top-notch chefs.
Sun and Sweets
If you’re looking for outdoor dining in Atlanta on the weekend, Canoe rolls out the sweet stuff. Try the freshly baked pastries, pecan buns, and scones, and your Sunday morning is complete.
Maybe you even want to stick around for lunch, as well. That’s when you can dig into the Beef Cavatelli Bolognese, Lemon Pepper Ricotta and Pork Belly. Signing off without some classic wine and the finest signature desserts (yes, there’s a sweet theme here) would be a crime.
