Return Policy

We do our due diligence to secure the most reputable providers with quality merchandise, low shipping, and fast turnaround times.

Because our products are custom printed per order, we have a strict no-return, no-exchange, no-refund policy except for damaged or defective goods.

The return policy extends to gift cards as well as merchandise.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will contact the supplier to make it right with an exchange or refund.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Merchandise

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know the refund status. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but you should receive it within 7-10 days of your return receipt.

Contact OTL if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received payment.
