1. Eligibility
The OTL Spin & Win Game is open to anyone 18 and over. However, except for the $50 prize, all prizes are only good in OTL Seat Filler locations – Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Denver, London, Miami-Fort Lauderdale, Nashville, Orlando, Portland, Raleigh, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, and Tampa.
The game is void where prohibited by law.
OTL Seat Fillers employees are ineligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
2. Sponsorship
The OTL Spin and Win game is sponsored by OTL Seat Fillers & City Guides.
3. Agreement to Rules
Participants playing the OTL Spin & Win game agree to abide by the official rules and decisions. OTL Seat Fillers & City Guides has the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion and the decision of OTL is final and binding.
4. Entry Period
The OTL Spin & Win game starts on November 30, 2022, and runs until April 30, 2023.
5. How to Enter
To play the OTL Spin & Win game, visit OTLCityGuides.com and scroll down the page to activate the pop-up. Only one entry is allowed per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in OTL invalidating a participant’s entry.
6. Prizes
The OTL Spin & Win game offers the following prizes:
- Three months of *seat filling membership dues (covers tickets for 2) through OTLSeatFillers.com ($39.99 value)
- One year of *seat filling membership dues (covers tickets for 2) through OTLSeatFillers.com ($147.90 value)
- $50 – issued via a Visa gift card ($50 value)
Regarding the prizes:
*Seat Filling Membership dues is good in OTL’s Preferred Locations – Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Miami-Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, San Francisco, Seattle, and Tampa.
Winners in OTL’s On-Call Locations – Charlotte, Nashville, Portland, Raleigh, and St. Louis can exchange their preferred seat-filling prize as follows:
- Three months of preferred seat-filling dues = one year of on-call seat-filling dues
- One year of preferred seat-filling dues = Two years of on-call seat-filling dues for 4 (instead of 2 people)
Prize registration:
OTL Seat Filler memberships auto-renew, but prize winners aren’t required to make a purchase. Prize recipients can register their prize and immediately cancel the membership to avoid being charged after the end of their prepaid dues, and will still receive the full value of their prize.
7. Odds
The odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries (aka spins of the wheel) received.
8. Selection and Notification of the Winner
OTL Spin & Win sweepstakes winners are determined at random. Prize winners will receive immediate email verification, and prizes will be issued within seven days of winning. OTL is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, spam blockers, or other email receipt issues.
10. Terms & Conditions
OTL reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway.
As the sponsor, OTL may disqualify anyone who violates the terms and retains the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
Participating in the giveaway constitutes an agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor (OTL City Guides & Seat Fillers) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

Participants’ information is subject to OTL’s privacy policy.
13. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules
