Humboldt features traditional breakfast fare, like eggs any way, breakfast burritos, and French toast.

Notable Brunch Dishes

Notable brunch dishes start with Bacon-Wrapped Scallops, served with crispy potatoes. The Sweet Rib Hash combines butternut squash, braised rib meat, crispy potatoes, and caramelized onion, giving it a nice, sweet flavor and a touch of something special. Among the sides available for brunch are Crispy Brussels Sprouts, for just $6.00 extra with your meal – YUM!

It’s $9 for a Mimosa or Bloody Mary. But, hey, a pitcher of Bloody Mary goodness is just $20. Group outing, anyone?

Diner favorites start with Bubba’s Benedict, which is anyone’s favorite. Bubba features English muffins, tater tots, and freshly poached eggs. The Morning Doobie (love the name!) is perfect for satisfying those cravings. It’s a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, tater tots, a mix of cheddar and Monterey jack cheese, and sausage. Or, you can take the veggie route with green chilis.

Snooze, An AM Eatery

Snooze, An AM Eatery has plenty of options to choose from, so everyone has a great brunch experience. This popular dining spot is perfect for vegetarian or vegan diners, as plant-based options such as the Sweet Potato Hash, Beautiful Buddha Bowl, and the Bravocado Toast are meatless and delicious.

Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, and French Toast cover the basics. Sandwich options include the BLT-Riffic, built with sliced tomatoes, arugula, pistou aioli, and Tender Belly bacon. Then you’ve got Juan’s Breakfast Tacos and the Snooze Breakfast Burrito for a bit of Mexican flair.

Funky Monkey French Toast!

Our favorite? The Funky Monkey French Toast – brioche is replaced by banana bread. And, you can’t go wrong with white chocolate chips, caramel sauce, brûléed bananas, and whipped mascarpone!

Syrup Denver Brunch

Syrup Downtown

As the name implies, this fine brunch café is a Downtown Denver Sunday Brunch Spot, open at 1:30 PM. Syrup has individual breakfast and lunch menus, with quite a few starters, entrees, and sides on both menus.

The Breakfast Pizza is a popular item, and for a good reason. It’s Naan bread, pesto sauce, roasted red pepper, onion, and cheese, topped with an over-easy egg. Another yummy breakfast entrée is the Mile High Tower, which has scrambled eggs, smashed tater tots, maple bacon, and two more eggs topped with Syrup’s specialty country-style gravy.

Lunch Menu

OK – maybe it’s not diet food, but, c’mon, it’s brunch!

The lunch menu offers plenty of burgers, sandwiches, and side options.

The Corner Office Restaurant + Martini Bar

The name paints a picture of what you’ll expect when you walk into the Corner Office. Martini Bar is in the title, so you can expect a full-service bar for Denver Sunday Brunch with a kick.

Starters include Granola Parfait, Devils on Horseback (dates with smoked bacon & spice), and Brussels Sprouts, all priced in the $10 range.

Office Burger

We know it’s brunch but consider the Office Burger anyway. It has stoneground mustard aioli, cheddar cheese, and grilled unions – more than enough to satisfy burger connoisseurs. You can always go the traditional route with standard breakfast fare, like pancakes or eggs. Martini and pancakes could be a bit of a stretch, though.
